Infront has renewed its “Partner Advantage Business Solutions”-contract with Microsoft.
This contract is the highest contract for partner support that Microsoft offers. Key-elements of this contract are
- a guaranteed 24 hour support
- a one-hour priority guaranteed support incident response from Microsoft
- a dedicated Microsoft Technical Account Manager for Microsoft Dynamics CRM who acts as an extension to our team by looking after our service needs inside Microsoft
- access to all training and e-learning material, also for our customers
