Infront has renewed its “Partner Advantage Business Solutions”-contract with Microsoft.

This contract is the highest contract for partner support that Microsoft offers. Key-elements of this contract are

  • a one-hour priority guaranteed support incident response from Microsoft
  • a dedicated Microsoft Technical Account Manager for Microsoft Dynamics CRM who acts as an extension to our team by looking after our service needs inside Microsoft
