Project Manager

In an initial phase, you will acquire the basic understanding of our products and internal operations through several senior colleagues and other PMs.

After this induction period, you will start working on your own within a project team.

• You can identify the high level business requirements at the customer and make agreements around the project progress (scope, budget, timing, team)
• Together with sales, you clearly communicate the information to the project team
• You lead the steering groups at the customer for the correct status update and possible necessary adjustments
• As well as leading internal status meetings to make adjustments where necessary and share information from review meetings
• In case of any problems, these are recorded and discussed with the customer in a customer-oriented way
• You take final responsibility for budget, timing and quality of the solution before delivery to the customer
• You organise the 'lessons learned' after project delivery and use this knowledge to implement optimisations in cooperation with the functional and technical lead. 
• You monitor the quality on projects and ensure structural optimisations through standardisation, but also taking into account the constraints of project work

• You have experience in leading complex (software) projects, a plus is that you have already taken on a coaching role
• You already have a good knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE or a strong interest in learning this at a high level
• You ensure strong follow-up of budget, scope, timing and the team. The administrative aspects of project work do not scare you off.
• You have a can-do attitude, you strike a good balance between structure and pragmatism
• You fit in with the dynamic, down-to-earth, enthusiastic way of working that characterizes Infront
• You stand for quality, customer orientation and a human approach with focus on results
• You are Dutch-speaking and can express yourself fluently in English
