From insight to a concrete roadmap
We look at which tools are currently in use, which AI capabilities are already included in your licenses, and where are opportunities that remain untapped today. We often find that Copilot features are already available in Dynamics 365 but have not yet been activated or used.
In addition, we focus explicitly on your AI strategy. This is a crucial step that many organizations skip, but it’s precisely what makes the difference between experimentation and real value creation.
In this process, we work with three levels: Copilot features (out-of-the-box AI in Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365), Copilot Agents (pre-built agents within Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365), and Copilot Studio (which we use to build custom agents). The approach that works best depends on your use case.
The result is a clear report with concrete quick wins and a pragmatic roadmap.
