What will you do?
In an initial phase, you will gain insight into our products and internal operations by deepening your theoretical knowledge and shadowing a senior consultant.
After this induction period, you will start working on your own within a project team:
- You identify the customer's needs and processes in the Sales and Marketing domain.
- You organize workshops and fit-gap sessions with stakeholders at the customer's site.
- You develop the needs analysis and, based on this and the outcome of the fit-gap session, draw up the functional design.
- You can perform configuration work yourself based on Dynamics 365 CE / PowerApps/ Click, and delegate technical work to your technical colleagues
- You are able to draw up a test plan and test the technical implementation.
- You provide training to the customer's users after implementation.
- You assist the customer before and during the go-live and support the customer in the transition process after go-live.
Who are we looking for?
- You already have practical experience in the marketing processes of one or more companies. Thanks to this experience, you have a good understanding of the needs and wishes of a customer in Marketing and Sales.
- It is an advantage if you already have initial professional experience as a functional/business analyst or if you have been involved in digitization projects as a key user.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE or Click is a plus, but certainly not a must.
- You have strong analytical skills, enabling you to translate complex customer expectations into usable solutions.
- You have a can-do attitude, you are a team player, and you are committed to lifelong learning.
- You fit in with the dynamic, down-to-earth, enthusiastic working style that characterizes Infront.
- You stand for quality, customer focus, and flexibility.
- You are Dutch-speaking and can express yourself fluently in English.
